Hey guys. I played a game and the other team had an AP rengar top. He had dfg and everything and was pretty fed. We still won because they had a crappy reksai that I counterganked hard. But Does ap rengar work? why was he such a good dueler and such

Lord Dusteon1 votesNot really. Assuming full ferocity + ulting his combo would have up to a 2.4 AP ratio; not bad, but since it requires standing next to someone to roar twice and then follow long enough to roar again it's kinda eh. Overall his AD scaling is just way better.

N3mO061 votesAp rengar works just because ap items are all cost-efficent for both aspect, the offensive and the defenfive one( like zhonyas), have a poor counterplay( m res is useless with a void stuff) and rengar has a good scale on w whivh is an aoe spell
