Here's an easy fix to the rage quit\leaver problem.
The person who leaves loses LP as well as anyone who queued with them, the rest of the team loses no LP, the winning team still gains LP. Deactivate this for master\challenger games since most of their games are with the same people over and over. This ensures that no one can cheese the system to work in their favor, people who legitimately get screwed over don't lose LP, and those lucky enough to be on the other team still get their LP.
