Click+Drag To Reorder Rune/Mastery pages

I prefer to have my pages in a certain order, such as grouping champion specific pages, however I currently have to delete/remake a bunch of pages every time I want to organize them. I believe it would be great to be able to drag and drop pages to reorder them.

Yes please! I want to arrange my pages from time to time but it's such a hassle the way it is now. This would be a wonderful QoL addition.

I have a feeling a lot of the outdated interface stuff will be better when the new client comes out.
