Unlock All Champions In ARAM
I think many will agree that certain champs in ARAM are preferred. ARAM is meant to be random, no control over choice of champion aside from rerolls and trading, though players are able to control it somewhat by not unlocking certain champions. I believe that there are players who have an account dedicated to ARAM, and also players who just have very few champions, which can be unfairly advantageous. I don't believe it's fair if one player has a higher chance of playing a preferred champion than another player does, or gets stuck with an unpreferred champ that another will never get stuck with, and it can become not so random. I believe it would be a good idea if all champions were unlocked in ARAM.
Also, if you disagree, please explain why if you don't mind. Please don't be biased.

One thing that nobody ever seems to mention: If all champs were unlocked, you could trade with anybody on your team.
FWIW, I've had all the champs for more than a year now, and I actually have more fun playing ARAM because I can often swap people to give them a champ they want or are good at, thus improving the chances for the team as a whole.

An alternate modified suggestion would be to not go as far as unlocking all champs, but unlocking all champs for all players in a game if at least one of the ten players owns that champion. This way, it doesn't go as far as unlocking a full champ pool, but rather unlocks the minimal amount of champs required to remove inequality between players/teams.
