Why Do Krugs Give So Much Exp?

Krugs give more experience than even Sentinel and Brambleback, and killing Krugs as 2nd camp(could be 1st but you waste some time) is the only way to get level 3 in 2 camps. Also, killing Krugs early respawns them sooner, so there's stacked incentives to start Bramble/Krugs on every jungler. Some mana hungry junglers, or those who just prefer, start Sentinel and get behind/gank much later. Before junglers usually started Gromp/Sentinel or Krugs/Bramble and it didn't make a difference level wise. Not even Sentinel + Bramble give you level 3.

Don't nerf overall jungle experience, just distribute it more evenly. Should not matter where you start really, and there should probably be no level 3 after 2 camps.
