So you're going to nerf Orianna's shield but not Lux shield ??
I know that it's a tiny nerf but if you're going to nerf Orianna's shield then why don't nerf Lux shield too (which is op in my opinion) ????

Notice the shields that were nerfed last forever and were direct targeted. Lux's shield is a skill shot that's easy to miss as well as unable to do the full shield unless it hits twice.
While i dont agree with the blanket shield nerfs, Lux's is a skillshot based shield and already on a pretty short duration unless both land, and cast shield is already fairly weak.
