Sejuani's ultimate AP ratio is wrong

I was testing AP Sejuani and I saw that Sejuani's ultimate has wrong AP ratios (yes my game is in french but that doesn't change anything): http://puu.sh/AQfyE/399127cc72.PNG http://puu.sh/AQfz5/86ce6ae016.PNG It says that the ultimate, with only 636 AP and when thrown from far distance, deals 350 (+2542) which is the equivalent of 350 (+400% AP)

I threw it at a dummy with 100 RM and it only did 675 magic dmg http://puu.sh/AQfzj/890f24fa3c.PNG

I also threw it at a bot Ryze and it did around 870 magic dmg (can't remember)

That looks like a tool tip error. 400% AP ratio would be insanity. It looks like it's suppose to be 40% - https://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/game-info/champions/Sejuani/
