Edit : I know that Duskblade has been nerfed but in my opinion they overbuffed him to compensate Duskblade nerf

In norms at least he is banned almost every game. I can play against him, I would just prefer not to. Obnoxious champ. Not saying he is broken but definitely not fun to play against imo.
Even playing a mobile mage against Zed is cancerous. Maw of Invincibility makes it so you can't actually kill him, and his absurd damage and itemization makes sure you die even if he misses half his stuff.
At this point, playing a mage vs. Zed is already an auto-lost lane.

They seem to be buffing only the low elo pub stompers. Master Yi, Darius, Zed, all assassins. There's too many people to ban.

Zed really isn't in a good spot, he is and always will be a noob stomper. Because he has a safe laning phase and good lethal potential.
Go anywhere near a higher elo, he becomes much harder to get ahead.
He is not even cancerous to play against, and as an immobile mage, you almost always, on every champ have the advantage if you are playing it correctly, and no I don't mean just mechanics wise, you should also have good back timings, you should have a defensive summoner such as barrier. You should be zoning him off creeps level 1-3 and avoiding his harass, watching out for jungler and then finally freezing by your turret so that you can get a gank.
But you're probably walking into a full combo and wondering why you died, or coming back to lane after you died, doing the exact same thing, and wondering why you died again, you're probably taking TP but not using it correctly, and literally have a 'die quicker' summoner spell instead.

Then don't play immobile mages into Zed. Certain champs are, and should be, strong against certain other types. There is nothing wrong with that.
Zed is already cancerous in low elo Low elo zed does not need too much skills to kill lane opponent Buffing him just make him pick or ban in low elo
as a mid player i personally feel zed in strong but hes not over bearing unless he gets ahead. Let me tell you.... there are alot of champs you dont want gettin ahead.
Generally id rather face a zed than a kat any day of the week.

He was only buffed because a one trick masters Zed came on the boards and made a special post about ''zed too weak'' and it got upvoted hard.
Zeds just kinda shit in todays meta, with the amount of shields and heals there are, going through a Barrier, Zhonyas, Adaptive helm, locket, etc. All stacked makes it really hard for him to do much of anything.
Whats the point to nerf an item, if you overbuff every single persons who abused this item? This makes no logic at all
