Trash champs don't get 11% pick rate in high elo. That's just not something that ever happens.

Because one of the main reason people pick champs, especially at high elo is because of their overall power.

So are pick rates. So are ban rates. They're all misleading in a vacuum which is why they're used together to get a good idea of a champions balance. For example, if a champion has an amazing win rate but an low pick rate then they are probably niche picked. However a champ with a good pick rate but a poor winrate is picked often for perceived strength, when in reality the champ is just weak.

No, i'm not going purely off pickrate. I just know never in the history of any moba has a champ that not brand new had over 10% of a pick rate and been weak. It's just not something that even comes close to happening in

Lucian Waifu1 votesAs someone who has been in high elo, people pick champs based off of how good they are in the current meta. Right now games are ending too fast for vayne to get to the late game she needs to be effective. Buffing her early silver bolt damage helps her get there faster to fit in line with the faster games. If it was me I would buff her early game damage a bit and keep her late game the same or a bit weaker, 12%>11%, but that's just me.
