Does Lethality Affect Abilites?

This is probably a stupid question, but I couldn't find the answer anywhere else. Does lethality affect abilities? For example, if I use q on Warick will my lethality affect how much damage it does?

It affects all physical damage you deal. Warwick Q deals magic damage so it won't have any effect. However it would affect something like a Lucian Q

^this, the only thing lethality will affect on ww is his autos.

however magic pen would increase wws dmg dealt.

Normally yes. But not for Warwick's Q because that does magic damage
