Role Selection is a feature that the matchmaking system uses to get you your preferred roles.

Dynamic Queue is the feature that allows you to queue as a premade of any size or solo. Regardless of your group size you share the same ranked ladder with everyone else.

If you're going to argue one way or another at least know what you're arguing for.
