I just finished a match as Quinn with 5 nice new ad items (including Lord Dominick's) against super tanky Illaoi. All my autos did 90~ damage, crits did 200ish.

Out of their 4,000+ HP. Tanks don't need buffs (otherwise Last whisper's upgrades better get buffs as well because it was largely nerfed.)

well i see better quin player then...

why illaoi should not be tank?! she is very strong like mundo

Not saying her being a tank is a problem (her damage might need reduced a bit, but that's a different thread), but there's a problem when someone has an item designed for countering armor and health stacking tanks, and yet it makes little difference. (As for Mundo, he needs changes. He's too good at being a tank.)

Illaoi was the closest and safest target I could hit and I did hit her for quite a while, but only took about 1k off her health after SEVERAL seconds of continuous attacking.
