Why is Jinx accepted in the state she is in?
The facts are that Jinx has a 25% pick rate and 53% win rate. She's broken.
Why does Riot find this acceptable? Why don't they actually nerf her?

cause balanced lul, -riot
Because no matter how insignificantly they nerf something in terms of ADCs, it always causes a different top dog with around a 52-56% win rate.
she's op yea, but not by much
It boggles my mind how no one notices that they always "tweek" a champion, release a very popular skin, then nerf that champion into the ground a month later.
And everyone makes posts like this asking "why Riot?"
The fuck you mean "why Riot"? It's a business, it's what they do.
There was no new jinx skin nor was she nerfed into the ground.
They gave her huge buffs (50% extra ult damage) to get her to be played in worlds, which she wasn't. But since then she became the most played ADC in solo queue a broken win rate.
