Modifying Yasuo's Wind Wall?

The muh muh counterplay excuse is getting cancerous, not being able to engage as Ornn because Yasuo will pop his W up. It puts pressure, and you can't engage safely by risk of making your whole kit obsolete. This is a listing of ideas.

Possible ideas of modifications:

Braum-Like Wind Wall The Braum Wind Wall is made to resemble to a more balanced version of Wind Wall, AKA Braum's Shield. Cost: None Cooldown: 26 / 24 / 22 / 20 / 18

ACTIVE: Yasuo creates a gust of wind that travels in the target direction over 0.25 second to form a wall in front of him. The wall slowly drifts forward 50 units over 3.75 seconds. Projectiles that passes through the wall on the first 0.25 second are blocked, and the following projectiles have their Damage or Crowd Control duration reduced.

Wall Width: 300/350/400/450/500

Projectile Reduction: 20/30/40/50/60%

Flow Wind Wall The Flow Wind Wall uses up Yasuo's free shield to pour it into his Wind Wall, but for a longer duration. Cost: All Flow stack, minimum of 70 Cooldown: 20 / 19 / 18 / 17 / 16

ACTIVE: Yasuo creates a gust of wind that travels in the target direction over 0.25 seconds to form a wall in front of him. The wall slowly drifts forward 50 units over 3.75 to 6.75 seconds based on the stack of Flow consumed, blocking all enemy projectiles except turret attacks.

Wall Width: 300/350/400/450/500

HP Wind Wall The HP Wind Wall gives a hp value to the wall, making it breakable after taking some hit. (and pls ap scaling) Cost: None Cooldown: 24 / 22 / 20 / 18 / 16

ACTIVE: Yasuo creates a gust of wind that travels in the target direction over 0.25 second to form a wall in front of him. The wall slowly drifts forward 50 units over 4.75 seconds, blocking all enemy projectile while its HP is still not put to 0.

Wall Width: 300/350/400/450/500

Wall Health: 100/200/300/400/500 (+50% AP)

Sona's Apprentice An overall revamp: lowered defensive ability, but more sustain by heals. (with more ap yessss) Cost: All Graze stacks, maximum of 15 Cooldown: 24 / 22 / 20 / 18 / 16

PASSIVE: Yasuo accumulates up to 30 Graze stacks by touching minions (1 stack), monsters (3 stacks) or enemy champion (15 stacks). If Yasuo doesn't graze in extended periods of 30 seconds, he starts to gradually lose a stack every second.

ACTIVE: Yasuo channels from 1 to 0 seconds based on how much Graze he consumed to use the spell. Yasuo then stats playing his flute, rising wind around him, gain damage reduction, and healing in a circle himself and allied champions every 0.5 for 2.5 seconds.

Damage Reduction: 20/27.5/35/42.5/50%

Healing per 0.5 seconds: 10/20/30/40/50 (+15% AP)

Heal radius: 650

Bad modification idea, but good argument. I would like it alot more if they'd use his resource bar as an actual resource making the windshield last longer the more flow he has left, but needing a minimum of 70% flow, instantly reducing the flow to 0 when his windwall is used so he doesn't have 2 free lines of defense.

That'd be a good idea. I'm just brainstorming ideas, mine might be bad, but I can see people are on my side about this whole Yasuo is cancer side.

Using the flow for the wind wall would also be a good idea.

I like the idea of the wind wall having hp it gives you more reason to lvl it up (as it would add hp) and it adds counter play maybe you reduce the cd or make it last longer to compensate but I don't see why it couldn't be that way

Uhm yes: Yasuo stands still and just plays his flute; the soothing melody heals him and everybody around him.

and that's how yasuo become sona's apprentice...

What do you guys think?

Imho the windwall might be essential to his kit, but it is too powerful for a basic ability; and the comparison you bring up is actually proof of this. It should either be made destroyable (with lowered CD if needed), it should become his ultimate, or it should otherwise be weakened (like the way you suggest, which doesn't look too bad as it at least doesn't just pop ultimates out of existence).

HIs w could... let's see... become a group heal? Uhm yes: Yasuo stands still and just plays his flute; the soothing melody heals him and everybody around him. It would keep the team utility he's supposed to have without breaking him in lane (since as it is now he already has a shield and a windwall to make trading nigh impossible).
