Riot doesnt care about trolls, they care about PR

Riot doesn't give a shit about someone trolling a game unless they are running it down mid. Now meanwhile if someone says some mean stuff its Red level mayhem get the ban hammer ready. Who is actually more bothered by someone saying dumb shit when u can just mute them while you have to actually play out a 30 minute game with someone who is flat out trolling or inting and doesn't catch any punishment. its actually a better way to flame someone and not get caught.
