Brands Passive not doing damage because of Xins ult???

It's already on him, he pops hit ult and takes no damage from it. It's in the circle but I'm not, this is stupid. I get that I am not in the circle but the damage is literally INSIDE THE CIRCLE.

The ult description says that Xin will not take damage if the person attempting to damage him is outside his ult circle. That's the entire point of the ability.

That's not how it works You have to be within the circle for ANY of your damage to apply to him

By that logic any attack should work since as it moves at him it'll be technically be inside the circle. As mentioned, if the person is outside then it doesn't count

I think the Ult is a masterpiece and milestone of balance.
