People getting placed in way to high of MMR for placement matches.

I've heard streamers complain about it and I didn't think to much about it, but tonight I played 2 games in a row with people in their placements. 1 brought a bronze 3 friend into a s3 game (they both had 0 kills and fed massively) and the next was a rando in their placements who pulled in a whopping 10k dmg as MF. Even checking their OP.GG's it doesn't make sense why they were put into these games. It's really unfair to anyone put on teams with them.
