As a Garen main in diamond Elo, I cant help but feel distraught how hard it is to play my favorite champ these days, with items like frozen Malet and Rylais being built on alot of champs, I tend to feel so weak lately, I have no reliable way to engage on the enemy without getting kited by everyone, so i tend to hover in the back to catch carries that dive my carries. It just doesnt feel good, back then before the mage update, i was able to make plays, now i have to be a reactionary play maker, Garens early game Sucks ass, his mobility sucks ass, his tank stats late game sucks [](http://imgur.com/a/zzLjb)ass, his damage his meh that most adcs can just stand in his spin without fear cause of life steal. I just need some help Riot, i shouldn't be punished for playing a champ I love. 
its the constant nerfs to this core item of his that made it as terrible as it is currently
