Garen Buffs Possible? @Riot Reportoir
Just was wondering if Garen is gonna get any love to his early game, since its very lack luster and almost always punishing since his stats took a gutting.

Garen buffs would be nice to see. Its really just the indirect core item nerfs that affected Garen.
Movement speed buffs to compensate for the nerf of swiftness. (i.e revert the previous MS nerfs on his Q speed and base MS).
And maybe increased E damage early levels.
But I think the movement speed buff is a must. Especially with the fact rylais is a core item on most AP mages and Gnar being meta makes frozen mallet a more regularly seen item.
Early game!?!?!?!?! Garen needs buffs?!?!?!? Are you crazy!!?!?!?!!??! He needs his damage numbers nerfed into the GROUND he does more damage than 95% of assassins at level 1 and he can build full tank and still top the damage charts against an full build leblanc... Trust me i've seen it a full tank garen ending the game with higher damage than a full build leblanc and the leblanc had more kills and CS. So no he does not need any buffs...
