Will Garen get some small buffs? @Riot Reportoir

As someone who has been playing Garen a lot, i noticed that around the mage update, the game got alot harder for me, i mean it started before that but with the rylas and with lane bullies coming back to top lane, I just cant seem to come out ahead most of the time, hell to go even is hard sometimes. I am thinking a slight buff to his early e ranks, his old base movement speed of 345, and his old q ms bonus of 35% will help the G man out greatly without pushing him over the top.
