ivern shouldn't be able to smite a jungler monster before 30 seconds after using passive
where's the counterplay on that? oh let met walk over enemy jungle and get a free buff without you being able to do anything ...

JackMcSnipeyz2 votesNot saying ivern isn't annoying, but thats the whole point of smite on ivern, taking buffs/camps quickly. If that was the case ivern would just pick exhaust and fuck you up late game even harder.
