How much $$$ would you be willing to pay to play on a Vanilla LoL Server?

This is how Blizzard plans to finally bring back Vanilla WoW servers

Blizzard is bringing back a "Vanilla World of Warcraft" server for long-time fans that are tired of their constant updates. It sounds like a lot of people on these boards would probably really enjoy that -- a return to the "good old days" with:

  • long time to kill
  • no damage creep
  • turrets did more damage
  • Not so many new champions with all sorts of dashes & other crazy mechanics

Riot brought up this topic in an Ask Riot post a while ago. Their response was this:

We can’t just pull in old data and expect the current game engine to play nice with it all. We could almost certainly make it work if we had a bunch of smart engineers working to make it happen, but then those engineers would not be working on other features that might be more valuable to you guys in the long run.

Essentially, they're not sure they'd make enough money from it to be worth it. For those that would be interested in something like this, how much money are you willing to pay to make it happen?

LOL ok. so which problematic past state of the game will this be on? initial release? Season 1? 2? beta? People have this strange rose tinted view of past versions of the league forgetting the countless problems that have been fixed over the years just because they have something new to complain about.

Sure it would be really fun to play with pre reworks champs like old sion or use old items. Even if they were able to implement this I could only see this as a limited game mode and not a different server. People would just realize the problems with that state of the game pretty quick. There is a reason the game was changed from these states after all.
