If you hate Yasuo, come play on Twisted Treeline! (Or, 13 reasons to play on TT)
Twisted Treeline 3v3 (not talking about hexakill) is the hidden gem of LoL. Seriously, it has a lot of nice things about it that set it apart from Summoner's Rift. I personally enjoy it a lot more and have been playing it almost exclusively since we got back Ranked Flex 3v3 at the beginning of Preseason. Queue times have been better lately but I still think this game mode is a bit overlooked and just want to tell everyone how it's awesome.

So, without further ado, here are 8 reasons why Twisted Treeline is great:
-
If you hate Yasuo, or Zed, or Fizz, or Rengar, or any assassin, come play Twisted Treeline! The meta is very tank-oriented and assassins don't do well. (I'll come clean, this one is mainly for farming upvotes, b/c who doesn't like to bash Yasuo?)
-
If you like it when you know where the jungler is, come play Twisted Treeline! Many games don't even have a jungler, and when there is one, the jungle is so small that your team's jungler will spend more of his/her time keeping track of the enemy jungler than they will farming.
-
If you like it when helping your teammates pays off, come play Twisted Treeline! Since each fight can only have a maximum of 3 champs on each side, your going to your teammates' lane is much more helpful. Even a 3-man gank on top can turn into a 2+tower vs 3 easily.
-
If you like being able to get to your teammates in time to help them, come play Twisted Treeline! The lanes are close enough together that with just a little bit of foresight you can countergank & be there for your lane-mate.
-
If you like to have an actual chance to come back from a losing game, come play Twisted Treeline! It's easier, in my experience, to turn an early-game disadvantage into a late-game eventual win when there are only 3 players snowballing against you instead of 5.
-
If you like brush-camping, come play Twisted Treeline! The lack of wards (everyone only gets an Arcane Sweeper with a 90-second cooldown) means that facechecking is a little more common and there are even more awesome "gotcha!" moments than usual!
-
If you like having Deathcap & Zhonya's combined into a single item (Wooglet's Witchcap), come play Twisted Treeline! I'm admittedly not entirely sure why they did this, but it makes for lots more nice escapes by mages from would-be assassins.
-
If you like to play Brand and blow up the entire world, come play Twisted Treeline! The constant 3v3 fights with everyone in very close quarters are perfect opportunities for Brand's spells to hit multiple people. Seriously, he rocks!
-
If you like playing Teemo or Jhin, with their constant mini-wards, come play Twisted Treeline! There are no wards so any traps you can place are super-effective.
-
If you like killing huge spidery things instead of dragons and barons, come play Twisted Treeline! Its name is Vilemaw and it's kinda awesome.
-
If you liked Dominion with its area-capturing dynamic, or you like having vision of the enemy jungle, come play Twisted Treeline! Whenever you win a skirmish or teamfight you have the chance to punish the enemy by capturing their altar, which gives you a cool team buff as well as vision into their jungle.
-
If you like using spells often and dislike mana problems, come play Twisted Treeline! Everyone on the map gets bonus mana regen.
-
If you like LoL but want to play a game in under an hour, come play TT!
