Current State of Balance

First of all, the game is probably the most balanced its been since the cinderhulk meta. There are very few champions that are just overpowered to the point where they are a must ban every single game, except for graves. The champion variety in mid, top, support, and adc is pretty good, but the variety in jungle is severely lacking. There are very few tanks played in the jungle currently, besides the occasional gragas, zac, and ww.

I don't think that snowballing is as bad an issue as it has been in previous seasons. Masteries are a tad better now, although I think some work needs to be done on grasp of the undying.

Overall I am pleased with the current state of balance, but do think the jungle needs to be looked at in more ways than just champion variety. Games are still hinged too much on who has the better jungler, but that's just my opinion.

Thank you for your opinion on the state of balance in the game. To strengthen your argument perhaps try using data about the game from reputable sources. :D

While I do agree there's fewer OPs right now than the usual, the meta still has some problems. Lethality being very strong and tanks being pretty weak are my biggest problems.

Also, I still think Camille is a bit OP. Given this patch, I'm willing to bet she'd still see a near 100% pick/ban rate in LCS. There's also a couple others, but I don;t want to think anymore lol

lethality isnt even an issue anymore.

While I want to agree. There is a method for an instant win. Have your whole team with cc. CC is overpowered in this meta. They have lowered the tenacity of the boots and the potion only adds 15% tenacity. Unless you can position correctly and let your tanks, if any, get bursted down before you then you have a chance to win. CC is pretty much broken right now. Galio with almost a full kit of cc is slightly overpowered if you cant dodge. Especially aoe cc. I wouldn't say that the meta is balanced. I would say that the meta is choosing CC champs that work. Riot has enough champs out there now with cc that leaguers are choosing said champs and makes the meta seem balance.

Your opinion on the jungler aspect of the game currently is dead wrong. Jungle is shit right now and has been ever since they increased jungle camp spawn times. Tarzaned, the S6 rank 1 in NA, has even mentioned switching to top lane until they buff the jungle. "The better jungler wins" is essentially a meme among the high elo junglers I've watched streaming.

What you're really complaining about is that, with longer camp respawn times, junglers are in your lane sooner and more often than they ever have been and everyone is playing early game ganking junglers. They're doing this because the only way for them to keep up on gold and xp is to gank for you and tax your lane.

There is a MUCH higher chance of a mid laner getting fed and taking over a game than a jungler doing the same. Think Talon, Kat, Fizz, etc.

You just said people are in lane sooner and gank more often. That's my point.

That do any mean the role is strong. It shows it can't be strong without leeching XP and C's from the lanes. Taxing is half the reason junglers gank right now.
