Remove the damn summoner spell unless you are gonna make this thing even somewhat worthwhile.. at present there is no reason to take it because anything cleanse can do, QSS can do better... for those arguing QSS only builds into a phys damage build, well zhonyas can also do anything cleanse can do better too...
hell even crucible is better at removing shit than cleanse is... why even have this as an option at this point... for real

It can be used to negate an effect, yes. You can dodge the stun that lasts one second by stunning yourself instead for 2.5 seconds. Cleanse simply removes it. They work completely differently.
You're right, if the team is chasing you down and you get hit with a slow, you could zhonyas to wait it out. Oh wait, now they surrounded you and you're dead. LOL good job buddy. Or cleanse removes the slow and you get away.
