Warwick Ult: Should he be unCCable?

So it's a pretty cut and dry question. If riot intended that the potential to stop him mid ult to be there, they didn't flesh it out well enough. Either all of these effects, all of them similar in ability, should stop his ult, or none of the, should. I'm not really for or against it, but I'd like to see some people's thought's, cause I don't think it should be half and half like this.
