Why can Lee have infinite manaless jungle sustain?

Since that's kinda the entire reason you removed spirit stone? Why are some things only ok if Lee does it?

Don't forget how Riot thought spell vamp on Olaf was a problem, randomly gaining HP for smiting was a big no no, but Lee Sin gets to do that.

You just took champions with healing and compared them for no reason: Aatrox doesn't clear jungle well early game so... Nidalee isn't a jungler. Nunu has infinite sustain in the jungle, but he actually pays for it: he has zero gank potential. Rek'Sai hasn't that much sustain, and even if she does, she will lose damage from his E. Warwick has zero gank potential. Xin Zhao has less gank potential and is easily shut down by CC, he's also extremely item dependent. Zac can't even clear the jungle right now, it's awful.

Can I ask how WW has no gank potential? Last I knew WW taking two steps into lane followed by R was a pretty devastating gank, especially with Mid lane backing him up.

A jungler that can only gank with his R has no gank potential. And still he needs to put himself into 650 range (half as much as Lee Sin Q (1,100) to do so).

Well my comment was supposed to sarcastically answer your question of "why it's ok when Lee does it", when many others can do it too, especially considering your post exclusively talked about the removal of Spirit Stone. I know you probably meant to ask why Lee has sustain considering his kit has a bunch of other stuff, and I agree with that point.

But still, let me counter some of your arguments here:

Aatrox has enough sustain to kill all camps in his first clear without using a single pot
Nidalee is a top tier jungler at the moment
I agree about Nunu
Rek'Sai has at least as much sustain as Lee does
Warwick has bullsht deadly ganks with his ultimate
Xin Zhao does extremely broken damage in the early game with his Q, and has a targeted gapcloser
I agree about Zac

I mean Nidalee is a jungle girl... But lore is dead i suppose
