This season my team full on ints most games

Sometimes it's my team, and sometimes its the enemy team, but every single game this season, 1 side, just gets completely stomped, and I can only solo carry up until late game, where I'm full build, and all my extra gold from cs/kills are useless. I ganked bot lane, and let sivir take 2 kills, and then to my shock sivir goes 2/ 10, with her 0 10 support, in the first 15 minutes, because she thought she was a god or something. It wasn't the enemy jungler, he was busy camping me mid, it was my bot lane 2v2 and straight up inting, repeatedly. I tried to roam, but enemy jungler comes mid whenever I back/ go mia, and pushes my lane in with their mid laner, and forces me back to lane 90% of the time, or I risk them destroying my tower early, as well as getting me underleveled.

I've also had those games where I am far above my mid laners cs, and kills, but My entire team goes 0 5 in the first 10 minutes making the game impossible to win. It's really frustrating, I know it will happen to the enemy team more often since I play well, but It feels bad to get 4 straight losses in a row. Why do people not just die and then farm under tower? Why do they have to keep dying over and over? I'm going to look back at my replays, and see where I can improve, but I am really feeling bad right now. If anyone can look me up on op.gg, and tell me what I can do better/ improve on. I've noticed I die more often, just because enemy carries are usually super fed/ mid lane jungle camp every game, which is unfortunate. 

Junglers also feel far too impactful this season, and are incredibly oppressive. It's probably the single most important lane, and when my junglers bad, and I can tell as I used to jungle, my team full on ints to the enemy jungler, including myself, sometimes if a lee sin is really good. If any jungler mains wanna duo with me, and are near silver 3 add me, and lets play some games, I normally solo, and not duo, which is why i think I get too many bad teammates.
