This is honestly really stupid because if someone's main gets reworked and the player does not like the champ anymore because it is now so different then he basically wasted ip on it and rp on the skins that he bought for it
there is no such thing as a "main" people who think they have one are mistaken and delusional
Yeah. You arent really a main until you are high elo with a high winrate. Having a high winrate in say gold or plat doesnt mean much at all.
Also riot tried that. They quickly stopped as everyone abused the system.
They used to do this, as a goodwill thing, but after a while it became clear that people who never really played the champ were using these as basically a way to get a bit of extra RP.
