similar with other champions who specialize on breaking your frontline. like vi for example.
It's not like Vi at all.
Vi can dive right past the front line and pretty much insta-gib a squishy while also bringing enough damage to pummel a tank.
What you're thinking of with breaking up an initiator is more like
Which usually feels awful, because champions like Vi that can innitiate can also counter-innitiate, where champions like Galio can only do 1 of those 2.
the thing is you should build a massive amount of raw ad on her aynways, since everything in her kit scales with bonus ad and she has shitty base values. like bork is absolute garbage on her. this also means, youre gonna be able to assassinate a lot of squishies without your ult and almost always want to use it on the tank in front of you anyways to get the most out of it.
Building raw AD on the new Fiora is a horrible idea.
Best path is the
path for her now.
You need a really solid amount of raw defense, speed, or range to survive long enough to justify being a glass-cannon. And if speed is your defensive mechanic, front-loading your damage is extremely useful for pulling that off, because that's speedy.
Pre-rework Fiora had a lot of mobility with double-lunge and Blade Waltz, 3 pretty solid offensive-only dashes, and Blade Waltz also offered a considerable amount of defensive with untargetability.
And she still was hardly seen as competitively viable.
Post-rework? Fiora has "ah" dash and Riposte is actually worth mentioning. And she still gets a minor MS boost if she manages to hit someone in melee range.
Not much in the means of mobility or defense, especially when you consider champions like
exist.
With her new ult, her damage is also a lot more sustained than it was previously. Original Fiora can double-lunge, Hydra, Blade Waltz someone to front load a considerable amount of damage.
She's essentially
in terms of AD scaling now. Amazing scalings, but why build so the 1 hit you can survive long enough to apply is solid, when you could build so you can live to apply max bleed stacks and get ult resets?
I mean - with never crit, always crit Fiora just flat out isn't going to scale with crit chance. With a lot of true damage, she just isn't going to scale that well with armor penetration. With applies on-hit effects on Lunge, she's going to scale pretty well with Trinity Force, and with needing to build tanky to survive - Kingblade is going to make her damage scale automatically and be really consistent if she's going to stack some bulk.
I really see a
being her new build now.
