They were buffed to 12% but now it's not uncommon to see an adc hitting 50-60 autos before they get a lord dom. Imo i think ninja tabi are a bit too cost efficient. 12% from autos negated.... Is a lot...

Theres no way anyone can hope to hit 50 to 60 autos on any target before they heal or get away and heal. So... what I'm getting at is what is your point? If i heal up you can hit me, with no armor or boots, with 1000 to 1 mill autos a game still doesn't mean you'll get a kill. If it takes that many autos for you to kill a champion your doing it wrong.
