Title. Yes I'm a salty low elo lucian main. But i'm tired of seeing my favorite pros and streamers playing in ranked games with lucian and losing damn near every game I see. So are you happy now riot? Is he just done this year or are you gonna rework him since apparently all you can do is have him either really weak where he can't even compete or really strong that he is too oppressive.

Lucian can be outraded by many. A 500 range ADC isn't as lane dominant as you'd think. Unless of course he fights against Vayne.
