Matchmaking flawed in ranked.

Ok so trolls and salty people aside, why is it that when playing 2-3 man premades they get the people who seem to be 60-70% win rates and make ungodly moves and you get the trailer trash left over garbage players who go 0/12 or 1/16 and do nothing but cause major issues.

It's so frustrating, if it's an MMR thing Riot, whoever designed the MMR matchmaking needs to be dismissed and never work for a game again. Literally I can give you 15 video examples of almost back to back games where I get the worst possible players on this game and get matched against pro's in the making or people who are smurfing. Why can I never get that player who just goes above and beyond. I know communication plays a part in it, but I'm not going to think for one moment that an enemy set of pugs all agree to skype it up for coordination. Literally, this game is flawed. It's not fair to the casuals who get matched with other casuals but still want to rank up.

I'm Gold 5 currently and I once upon a time had a 75% win rate on morg, but troll ass players and trash picks has definitely lessened that.

Fix it, Dota has fixed it, even smite has fixed it and Blizzard being a good company has never had the issue period. So please fix matchmaking. It's not fair that we never get good teammates.
