Ranked or Normals? If normals, then his Normal MMR would be similar to your normal MMR. I dearly wish that while maybe Normal games don't affect your Ranked MMR (for various reasons that I won't get into), but when queueing up for Normal games that the Ranked MMR would still factor in for this specific reason.
