So I had an idea the other day that started out as a total joke, but turned out to be something I think would make veigar a high level pick, while still not breaking him.
Primordial burst: NEW... Upon killing an enemy with this skill, Veigar gains a 1 second stealth and 20% movespeed for 1.5 seconds.
Maybe add a few seconds to his R CD or something to compensate, but I feel like this would promote more aggressive Veigar play, at least in teamfights.
The problem is after patch after patch of small buffs, veigar is actually strong right now. He doesn't need another small buff.
Look, I love Veigar I really really do. He's my ViVi incarnate badass. But stealth on a Burst mage is not healthy at all.
That would make him really unhealthy and it doesn't really match with his character
Veigar is all ready aggressive in teamfights, except he doesn't need to be close to be aggressive so this change would decrease his damage and grant a buff that I am not sure how would be used aggressively.
