PSA: If you're not doing well in game, listen to your teammates when they try to give you advice.
I can't stress enough how much it irritates me when players are behind in lane, but choose to ignore teammates who offer up innocent advice/tips to help them out.
If you're playing Top Lane and losing to that Jax, when your team suggests that you play more passively or build more defensively, just do it.
If you're playing Jungle and your laner(s) suggests that you stop ganking and just farm up, because your ganks aren't helping them (but are rather doing the opposite), then stop ganking and farm up.
If you're playing first time ADC and you're trying to build Lethality on, say Ashe, or are building crit on, say Ezreal, and your team is suggesting that you build something else, just do it.
If what you're already doing isn't getting you the results you need, then it's not going to hurt you to try some of the tips/advice given to you by your teammates. And, if their idea doesn't work either, then you can start looking into other possibilities for success.
It seriously frustrates me when people always jump to the conclusion that their teammates are trying to flame them, solely because they gave out a simple "sentence of advice". Your team is trying to help you help them. They are trying to make sure you contribute to the game as much as you possibly can with the highest amount of success possible.
I was guilty of this back in Season 4, back when I didn't know much about the game. It was only during Season 5 that I stopped ignoring my teammates and tried some of the things they suggested to me. In the end, it made me a way better player than I was back. So much so, that I laugh at how amazingly stupid and bad I was back then, compared to now.
TL;DR - Your teammates are trying to help you contribute something to the game. If what you're doing isn't getting decent results (or good results, in general), then it's probably time to listen to them. They aren't flaming you (ALL THE TIME) and their advice/tips COULD make you a better player.
