It isn't a channel.

Cast times aren't interrupted by anything but death.

Including Stasis, which is frustrating playing as Bard.

Well, it is a cast time like EndlessSorcerer said. It's the same way for Thresh Q. If you are hard CC'd during your hook animation, it'll still continue flying and pull at whoever it hits. If they made it a channel so it oculd be interupted, they'd probably have to add more power to her kit in other areas via damage or something to compensate since Lux isn't in a bad spot right now.

because ranged champs get to play on easy mode

You can hard CC Darius and his Q still swings around. Same principle, different ability, different ranges.

Not quite, he can still move so it's different.

You can hard CC Caitlyn Q and it'll still go. Or Jinx R

you can displace darius and his Q will move with him

you can displace Lux but she's still gonna snipe your carry

Singed can't interrupt his E. Is he a ranged easy mode champ?

Big Lincoln2 votes

last I checked his E didn't reach a quarter of the map

Not the point, the point is that someone asked why Lux is like this, the answer was "that's the general rule for anything that is not a channel" and you chose to give an unrelated answer.

You're not allowed to do that.

Oh haven't you heard????

The best form of CC is DEATH.

Its almost as if Lux's ult is a staple in her kit. Without her passive it doesn't do that great of damage, and with passive it means she had to bind you first.

Let's be real here, the only times you are getting hit by Lux ult is if she or someone CCs you or its a nicely angled hidden snipe. At least it isn't global like Jinx stupid rocket where you could be like 2 of its rocket lengths away and it still considers you hit.
