It's been a year since his last rework , an i maybe think this is the first we a see a champ getting reworked two times in a period of 1 year and about half ? I am not a ryze fan but i'd like to know why is Ryze getting a rework again ? Thank you !

In both cases it was necessary, the last rework did not solve the major problems associated with Ryze and left major game health issues in terms of balance.
