Does New Eve Go Skirmisher's Or Stalker's?
I've seen both. Which do i go? Personally i like the CC on Chilling Smite but Challenging could give you the edge if the fight is less one sided.

Reasoning: Instant true damage smite so you can get the target lower for her execute ultimate damage. Don't forget she has no gapcloser either so chilling is usually her only way to stick to somebody.
Skirmishers isn't that great since you can't really handle sustained fights long against champs like yi/xin etc, and you're only about getting in, getting a clean kill, and getting out. The most maximum damage you can pull in a second followed by ult is better then the DOT burn.
