Vote to Kick
We really need a vote to kick option. It is much more possible to win 4v5 than 5v5 with one of your "teammates" intentionally feeding because they have no life. Simple as that. Riot pls fix.

If Riot implements an auto wait timer for when I have to abandon a match during champ select (Either from instalockers, or trolls threatening to feed), then they NEED vote kick to justify it. How is punishing ME for trying to avoid a game with feeders okay? Vote Kick should be available in all game types, otherwise Riot is ignoring an easy solution to a large problem. I don't care if queue timers are extended because of it. My games usually go over 30 min and that's long enough for me to care about whether I'm with a feeder or with a group of decent people.
Will never be added, due to abuse that would happen, It would allow people to tell others who they have to play and what role they have to play as
I would love to see a vote to kick option in Champion Select, like when someone is obviously trolling, you should need to acquire 4 votes for a successful kick to make it almost troll proof. It sucks being forced to dodge and Lose a LP or know your going to lose promos cause someone is butt hurt they didn't get the lane they wanted so they troll. I don't see why this feature hasn't been added already.... Especially in such a team orientated game.
Revamp system.
- Allow it so that you can queue for a game that hasn't started yet, with option of getting picked up for a game already in progress.
- Benefit is that if someone is vote kicked he can be replaced. If you get in game in progress. You can earn faster rewards in fraction of time. If you're lucky you might even pull off a win for better ones.

Don't make it like vote to surrender. Only 3 votes needed to kick a person. People are afraid of abuse, but it's more abuse to have to endure legit trolling with zero recourse unless you somehow convince people to stick around to actually report after match. I much rather people who didn't like me, even if abuse, get rid of me so I don't have to stick around dealing with them or get reported later because they didn't like me. I'm sorry, but I will always think its more trolling and abuse to waste time stuck in a game, then someone cutting your time short by getting you out the game. *Perhaps have the system look at KDA to apply some kind of IP rewards for your time spent. The system isn't suppose to punish a player, just remove them from an unwanted teamup situation.

When player gets kicked, system looks for a replacement and puts them in the game. The team that gains the new person will have their levels averaged and their gold earned averaged. Player coming in will auto level to the average level and gain gold from the average gold so they have an easier time of getting into the match.

I have recently created one identical conversation but i think its worth it in ranked solo-duo mode... in normals its ok...
