Rakan : Does anyone actually play / main him?

Every Rakan topic has been about lore/skins. I never see him brought up in any balance conversation, nor do I see him in any of my games.

I picked him up while leveling a smurf account, and not only is he fun but he's very good at what he does. I've been sporting a good winrate, but likely due to the fact I'm in a lower bracket than i should be.

But still, he is a very fun champion, and I've been doing my best to be proficient with him, with or without the Xayah pair. He is great as a enchanter support, or as a tanky engage and is one of the first new champs I've tried that I loved their kit from the very start. He's one of the more challenging champs with his unique mechanics, but I almost never play against him, nor see any discussion.

Thoughts? Strong, weak, balanced?
