LeBlanc played badly. There were three enemy champions, the game had gotten late, and she was alone. For a class that thrives on early 1v1s and a snowballing midgame, that situation should be tough.
And for this champion specifically, LeBlanc’s reliable target access and escape through Distortion, her W, mean that keeping her away or locking her down cannot be the counterplay to her. Since she is an assassin, a long, telegraphed delay of her burst was chosen to be her weakness, keeping her power against single targets while letting groups deal with her.
I just love how it wasn't even like dying from unskillful play, Xayah literally just right clicked and bursted him down in the same time he took to kill Rengar.
To be fair after you landed E on Rengar you kinda just walked right into the enemy team.
That was 3 auto attacks in roughly 1 second. This is not okay for a champion meant for sustain damage. This is basically known as “bps” or burst per second.
He literally tried to kill a carry in the middle of their entire team. That was retarded and no assassin should get away with it.
Built zero armor/mr/hp, walked directly into the entire enemy team.
LB problem is for her to do MAXIMUM DAMAGE she needs to wait 3 seconds after the first hit, not so bad while laning, but anything past that and you notice how the q effect moved to passive hurt her
Assassin jumps in a kills a carry but stays too long and gets DPS'd by the ADC.
Seems like everything is in order to me
I see nothing wrong with LB here, she did tons of damage with high mobility. Perhaps even too much, need to see 
build.

all because they can't fix the actual problem in their kit but instead theyhave to make some weird and "originals" changes
many are saying stuff like she dived an entire team,or she was in lategame...
LB early is garbage atm,so idk when she's supposed to powerspike (basically gank bot lane and make your adc fed,that's all what an AP assassin can do atm)
plus she didn't dive an entire team like you guys said,100% of the damage came from 
alone (so being close or not it doesn't matter since she went afk turret,her AAs would hit her anyway),rakan got the assist just because he shielded her during the fight
this xayah would easily 1vs1 LB,ADC vs assassin....
