Boosting is a big problem right now.

I keep running into players who can't even lane for 3 minutes without dieing who are supposedly ranked above me on the ladder system. Seriously we need an actual solo queue to further discourage boosting, among many other reasons. I am so tired of seeing someone who can't even play at my level be in plat or higher simply because they play annie every game, or singed every game. Seriously the level to which this game is team based is ridiculous. Not because it isn't fair but because of the fact that the general IQ of the community is right around 60, and that's an average. I've had team mates who have a hard time comprehending how numbers and time work.
