Why doesn't Morgana shield prevent Zoe's CC ?
Morg shields a champ. Champ walks into E (Sleep). Shield is still active yet can't prevent sleep. Morg shields a champ, after champ gets hit by E but before it gets activated.
Is this a bug or intended design with no counter play. (As if her post CC damage isn't enough)
It does, you just need to shield befor the ability hits. Break the thinking that Drowsy is 2 separate forms of cc, its a slow that grows into sleep, not a slow then sleep. Morg players should already be used to Sheilding allies from CC abilitys befor they land (blocking Lux Q sej R etc.) So think of it more like Nasus Wither and Not like Fizz R. Drowsy is 1 form of CC after it gets applied, not 2 separate instances of CC.
