Boots enchantments available for BOTS in Twisted treeline

I was playing twisted treeline in normal blind against BOTS, to gain XP.

By mid game I noticed I was never able to catch-up any of the bots. On checking their ITEMS found they had BOOTS with Enhancements (e.g. Alacrity)

1. All the 3 bots had purchased boots enhancements as 2nd ITEM.
2. They had 1 alter captured and with enhancement had 420+ MS.
3. They would always run away when left with ~15% HP.

I checked if I can purchase boots enhancement but they weren't available in shop.

Can you please remove these enhancements for BOTS as well? Match History
