I am trying to find a decent build with AD and not die in 3 hits(yi for discussion). And I stumble across some items and keystone and wondering how they work.
Yi passive is +10%AD.
+18AD
+ 5(%hp)AD
Fervor -14 AD.
Does yi's passive apply to these stats as well? Or only to Base+items base ad?
Yi's passive on W applies to his TOTAL AD. Guinsoo's Rageblade grants additional bonus AD with each stack, so yes the 
W passive would apply here.
BUT...Fervor of battle does NOT increase AD, it just applies bonus damage on-hit. There is no interaction between this and W. Same with the %HP damage from . That's an on-hit effect, not an increase in AD. The distinction is also important because it doesn't change the damage from abilities that scale with AD.
