Ranked

Riot, Please stop punishing the few actually trying in ranked games with LP loss. There has got to be more to getting an S rank on a losing team than a pat on the back... I was silver 1 less than a week ago and now I'm silver 3 and falling fast. Feeders, AFK's and Ragers are everywhere and I'm getting punished for it. This is not fair. I know there are many out there that feel the same way. 2 out of 3 wins to get promoted, 1 loss at 0 points and you get demoted. 3 out of 5 wins to get promoted tiers; another injustice to those who have put in the time and effort and proven themselves time after time. Stop wasting time "fixing" champions by altering the core of who they are or putting out shiny skins (project X,Y,Z) to try and take our focus off of these fundamental issues. Do the community, who has come to love and invest in this game, a service and focus on fixing your biased broken system.
