Is Solo Queue Really Solo Queue?

Solo queue in and of itself insinuates queuing solo... Can there be an option to solo queue with other solo queue people and avoid duo's or premade teams in general? It seems any time I'm in a game with other players who are apart of the same queue or club or whatever, they tend to gravitate toward each other, ignore the rest of the team or start arguing/ganging up on any other singular player and try to turn the rest of us against him/her. It's counter productive for us solo queue people. I, and from what I understand many others, would prefer an option to join with 4 other solo individuals to avoid this bias mentality of us vs. them from the multi-queue players or even the solo queuers. I understand that community and camaraderie are built by playing together and working together as a team while building long lasting in game relationships. I also understand that Riot has just instated the Club system. That system, which is all well and good, tends to put a bad taste in one's mouth when 75% of the club multi-queues (that I have run in to) out there tend to run Skype or Curse or some other voice chat and leave in game chat and "team" communication bare. Any light on this subject or arguments for/against are welcome.
