Remake Option in ARAM

I love playing ARAM, and I play it far more than I do SR. Every day I see someone AFK in ARAM, be it on my team or the opponents. So much so that I'd argue there's an AFK player in every 3rd game on average. The AFK rate is much higher than on Summoner's Rift, where AFK'ing seems to be severely punished.

You, Riot, have made it abundantly clear that you don't care, because I've never seen a drop in the number of people that AFK in ARAM. If you're too lazy to punish players who AFK in ARAM, at least give us a remake option so I can opt out of these 3-4v5 games. I'd rather not play games with people who AFK for 10 minutes, then proceed to troll for the remainder of the game.
