I mean with both sing and Yorick getting skins this game and their player pool, not the biggest I think they were just scared of low-income and decided to release one for Fiora, Janna, and Yi though in all honesty though I am sad Shen ain't getting a skin I am just happy Yorick skin is so cool, can't play Penta kill Yorick forever
Still really hard to believe. The "sacred sword" makes perfect sense for Shen(can't think of a better fit other than maybe irelia), and Janna makes absolutely no fuking sense. You don't even know she has a god damn sword unless you recall. It's bullshit.
Money, was they're thinking.
Shen is probably going to get a legendary, or ultimate skin soon. bet.
Shen will probably get another rework before he gets a skin at the current pace of things, and a "waiting time" after he gets the rework.

Not only has shen not gotten a skin in over 4 years, he also has never gotten a skin that changed his VFX or recall animation.
Master Yi just fits the ($$$$) theme.

I think skin teams work kinda autonomously so it was probably just a lack of communication, but they did make a statement saying they were going to try and make new skins for the champs that havent gotten ones in a while.
At least Yi FITS the theme.
Janna, on the other hand, is questionable. 'Draws power from the blade' doesn't cut it for me. Might as well make Sacred Sword Malzahar or Ahri and have a funky dagger with that excuse.
that would be interesting if the day before it released they kept a shen skin for this line undercover and didn't mention it until a day before release with a trailer.
